Wellspring Living will hold its Ninth Annual Peachtree City Run for One 5K on Saturday. Proceeds from the run will be used to care for survivors of sex trafficking. Wellspring Living is a Tyrone-based nonprofit that works with survivors of sex trafficking. At the beginning of the race, runners are given a bracelet with a survivor’s name. They read that girl’s story of hardship and triumph. Through these stories, runners learn about the prevalence of the problem despite stereotype. This is the fifth year the Run for One race will begin and end at the Bridge Community Center, 225 Willow Bend Rd., Peachtree City. Refreshments will be served. Cost: $35. Donations welcome. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the race starts at 8 a.m. For details, contact Dana Konick at 770 715-2914. To register, go online to runforone.net
