Henry Parks and Rec to offer Oct. 7-11 Fall Break Camp

The Henry County Parks and Recreation Department is offering Fall Break Camp for 6 -12 year-olds during Henry County schools’ Fall Break Oct 7-11. Cost: $100 per child. Camp hours: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Camp locations: Fairview Recreation Center, Heritage Park in McDonough, the J. P. Moseley Recreation Center in Stockbridge, the Locust Grove Recreation Center and Nash Farm Park in Hampton. Campers will participate in a field trip to the World of Coke in Atlanta. Registration runs weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Oct. 4 at Heritage Park or the other recreation centers mentioned above. Registration also is available online at www.hcprd.org.
