The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners has set a public hearing on proposed imposition of recreation center fees for 5 p.m. Oct. 3 at the Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 E. Main St., Cumming. Forsyth residents would pay $10 first year, $5 the next, non-residents $120, visitors $5. It’s being called a security measure, as paid member badges would allow staff to know who’s using the facilities. Information: forsythco.com
