Cobb commissioners Tuesday approved the hiring of Willie A. Hopkins, Jr. as support services agency director. Hopkins has served 25 years in various public and private sector jobs managing facilities, building maintenance and fleet service. His first day is scheduled for April 15 and he will earn a salary of $136,000 a year, according to county officials.
