Church helps make school supplies affordable

A church is helping students at Atlanta's Whitefoord Elementary purchase affordable school supplies. For the last three years, Edgewood Church has collected donated school supplies and sold them to parents at a discounted price during student registration. "This store gives parents the opportunity to provide for their own children, teachers a classroom of students ready to start the year and the school a small 'ministry' fund," Carrie Dean, co-pastor of Edgewood Church.
