Blank family gives $3 million to child protection center

By Bill Rankin

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank, through his family foundation, has given $3 million to a advocacy center for child abuse and neglect at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

The center will now be named The Stephanie V. Blank Center for Safe and Healthy Children, after Blank's wife who has long supported the center and sits on the Children's Foundation Board of Trustees. Blank said when she first toured the center more than a decade ago, "I was committed instantly to supporting the program."
