Clayton County Juvenile Court Chief Judge Steven C. Teske is set to testify Wednesday before a congressional subcommittee hearing on ending the school-to-prison pipeline. Teske is nationally recognized for his work in reducing the residivism rate of youths. He also was instrumental in overseeing the opening of an innovative juvenile justice center that works to prevent kids and their families from ending up in the juvenile court system. Teske will appear before the senate’s Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Human Rights.
