Cobb EMC seeking local HS juniors for D.C. trip

The Cobb Electric Membership Corporation is offering an all-expense-paid, week-long trip to Washington D.C. this summer for local high school juniors to meet their elected representatives and learn about U.S. history, government and careers in public service.
