Investigators believe the man who robbed a north Fulton County bank Tuesday morning also robbed a CVS store Monday night, according to the FBI and local police.

The two robberies happened less than a mile apart in the 12000 block of Crabapple Road, but were far enough apart to involve both the Alpharetta and Roswell police departments.

Around 7 p.m. Monday, a male entered a CVS store on Crabapple Road in Roswell with a handgun and demanded money, according to Stephen Emmett, spokesman for the FBI Atlanta office. The suspect was wearing a Harley-Davidson T-shirt with a light-colored baseball cap.

Then around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, a man entered a Wells Fargo bank, produced a silver handgun and demanded money, according to George Gordon, spokesman for Alpharetta police.

The suspect, who was between 5 feet, 9 inches and 6 feet tall, weighed between 175 and 190 pounds, police said. He was wearing what appeared to be the same Harley-Davidson T-shirt, blue jeans, a dark hat and sunglasses.

No one was injured during either robbery, according to police. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous, and anyone who comes in contact with him should call 911.

Wells Fargo is offering a $5,000 reward for information that identifies the bank robbery suspect and leads to his capture.
