Hope you enjoyed those recent 70-degree days, now back to winter.
A cold front will usher in clouds, showers and a nearly 10-15 degree temperature drop to metro Atlanta beginning Monday, according to Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Brad Nitz.
“Monday and Tuesday we’ll have rain and highs only in the 50s,” Nitz said. A high of 59 is forecast for Monday and 58 for Tuesday. Lows are expected to be 55 on Monday and 52 on Tuesday.
A few showers will linger into early Wednesday before the weather clears and turns partly cloudy and cooler late Wednesday. Highs are expected to reach 58 and lows should be about 48.
