Airport area job fair planned for Wednesday

The Atlanta Workforce Development Agency and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport are hosting an airport area job fair March 13 at the Georgia International Convention Center.

Employers at the airport and in surrounding areas will be hiring, with positions such as cashiers, cooks, maintenance workers, drivers, sales managers, customer service representatives, security officers, hosts and mechanics, according to the airport. Companies expected to be at the job fair include Atlanta Restaurant Partners, Airport Retail Management, Budget Car Rental, ExpressJet Airlines, New South Construction, Standard Parking and others.

The job fair will run from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Wednesday. Call (404) 382-2507 for more information.
