An Atlanta man was killed late Friday when his motorcycle ran into a car driven by a suspected drunk driver in Paulding County, the Georgia State Patrol said.
The driver of the Pontiac G6, Joshua Michael Mosley, 23, of Dallas, turned into the path of the motorcycle driven by Patrick Sebastian Smith just before midnight Friday.
Mosley was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, failure to yield, vehicular homicide in the first degree and open container, according to Channel 2 Action News.
Investigators said Mosley had his 16-year-old brother and another individual in the car at the time of the accident.
