Where and when to get free Obamacare enrollment help in Fulton County

Fulton County wants to enroll more than 300 uninsured or under-insured residents into an affordable health care plan for 2017.

What this means for you: free help with enrollment for the Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare), Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids.

Certified health insurance navigators — who can can help residents apply for financial assistance, compare health plans, and sign up for insurance — will be at five Fulton County Health Centers between now and the end of January.

Enrollment closes Jan. 31, 2017, and if you sign up by Dec. 15, coverage will begin Jan. 1, 2017.
