1. Video of teen who lost leg differs from school's version of events. Newly obtained surveillance-camera video is at odds with a statement issued Friday by the Muscogee County School District, which said that 13-year-old Montravious Thomas "was up and walking and not in distress," Channel 2 Action News reported. [Read here]

2. Cousins Properties sells landmark Atlanta tower. A joint venture of Miami-based Banyan Street Capital and investment funds under management of Oaktree Capital Management said Tuesday they have acquired the 50-story tower from Atlanta-based Cousins Properties. [Read here]
