Smyrna city officials are using a new community engagement tool to survey city residents.

As part of Smyrna’s Strategic Vision Plan, city officials are asking residents to respond to a few basic community satisfaction survey questions.

The goals are for city officials to track satisfaction and gather feedback in hopes of continuing to improve city services and the community’s quality of life.

Questions are:

  • How easy or difficult is it for you to access groceries and food in Smyrna?
  • Is there an adequate supply of different housing types in the community?
  • How satisfied are you with the affordability of housing in Smyrna?
  • How would you rate Smyrna's enforcement of property maintenance and code compliance?
  • How would you rate Smyrna as a place to raise children?
  • How would you rate Smyrna as a place to live?
  • How would you rate Smyrna as a place to work?
  • How would you rate Smyrna as a place to visit?
  • How would you rate Smyrna as a place to play?
