Lilburn approves lease for double-decker bus restaurant site

The Lilburn City Council recently approved a lease between the city and the Lilburn Downtown Development Authority (DDA) for the bus restaurant site at Lilburn City Park. The property on which the bus, trailer/kitchen, patio, and storage is located belongs to the city.

The DDA will lease this site, which measure approximately 50’ x 80’ for the next five years. The DDA currently owns the bus, trailer/kitchen, and storage located on the property. Agavero Cantina Parkside plans to open as early as this week at the double-decker bus restaurant located at Lilburn City Park.
