A man accused of filming himself in a Clayton County police car and posting the video to social media turned himself in to police Wednesday.

Michael Dion McGlory allegedly shared the video police believe he made in July and, when it went viral, the cops caught on.

“We are driving a police car, man,” the man driving the car said on camera.

Police said they previously didn’t know the July incident even happened because McGlory allegedly took the car when the officer chased a suspect into a neighborhood.

Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill said McGlory turned himself in “to avoid riding in the rear of the police car he stole.”
