This election is a runoff from the one that took place in May. There’s just one non-partisan decision on the ballot for Fulton County voters, deciding between Kevin Farmer and Fani Willis for the next judge of Superior Court of the Atlanta Judicial Circuit.

On the Republican ballot, voters will pick candidates for governor, lieutenant governor and secretary of state to advance to the general election in November. Casey Cagle and Brian Kemp are jockeying for the Republican nomination for governor, Geoff Duncan and David Shafer are competing for the lieutenant governor nomination, and David Belle Isle and Brad Raffensperger are vying for votes in the secretary of state race.

For Democrat voters, they’ll pick between Kevin Abel and Lucy McBath to advance to the U.S. 6th District Congressional race against Republican incumbent Karen Handel. They’ll also pick a Democratic nominee for state school superintendent, deciding between Sid Chapman and Otha E. Thornton Jr.
