Fulton to give residents free turkey, groceries at Thanksgiving event

The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office event will provide free meals, groceries and toiletries to its residents. 

Fulton County is throwing a Thanksgiving community event to feed its residents — one week before the holiday. 

The District Attorney’s Office event will provide free meals, groceries and toiletries to attendees on a first-come first-served basis. The menu includes turkey breast, gravy, dressing, sweet potato casserole, a cookie and lemonade.

Coordinators expect to serve at least 200 people. 

The event will be held at the Zone 4 Community Prosecution Office, 2472 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, on Nov. 16 from 4 to 6 p.m. For more information, call 404-449-6737.
