The Freedom Park Conservancy is preparing to work on a new master plan for the park.

According to a report from the Inman Park Neighborhood Association from a recent Neighborhood Planning Unit meeting, the conservancy will seek input from the park’s adjacent neighborhoods as the work gets underway.

The conservancy is a volunteer group involved in the park’s development and management.

Inman Park is one of the neighborhoods within Neighborhood Planning Unit “N.” The units advise the city of Atlanta on a variety of matters pertaining to their communities.

The next NPU-N executive committee meeting is at 7 p.m. Dec. 29 in the Little Five Points Center for Arts & Community, 1083 Austin Ave N.E.
