Levi Frady was found dead in October 1997 in Dawson County, but no arrests have been made in the case.

On an October evening in 1997, 11-year-old Levi Frady pedaled his trusty bicycle toward his Forsyth County home. The sixth-grader had been at a friend’s house.

Levi’s bicycle was later found about a mile from his home. But it would be the following day before hunters made a horrific discovery in a neighboring county. Levi had been killed and left in the woods.

Levi’s death sparked a statewide notification system to find abducted children. Ironically, his case has never been solved.

Who killed Levi Frady and why? Nearly 20 years later, his family wants answers.
