The Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum reopened Friday afternoon after a brief power outage.

“Power is back and we are OPEN,” according to a tweet posted on the library’s Twitter account shortly after 2 p.m.

It’s not clear what caused the outage that forced the library, which is located at 441 Freedom Parkway, to close earlier in the afternoon.
