The woman accused of impersonating a nurse at the Gwinnett County hospice where Bobbi Kristina Brown died has been indicted.

Taiwo Bolatito Sobamowo, 32, was indicted by a Gwinnett grand jury Wednesday on one count of identity fraud and two counts of practicing as a registered professional nurse without a license. The charges stem from her time at Duluth's Peacthree Christian Hospice.

That hospice gained notoriety while caring for Bobbi Kristina Brown, the 22-year-old daughter of the late singer Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, before her death in July 2015. Sobamowo worked at the hospice between September 2014 and August 2015 and was fired after she reportedly couldn't provide proof of a license.

Sobamowo was originally arrested on Oct. 31, 2015, by authorities in Raleigh, N.C., who were acting on warrants issued out of Forsyth County, where she previously worked at a hospice in Cumming. In 2013, the District of Columbia Board of Nursing issued an alert regarding Sobamowo, who allegedly used someone else's nursing license number to apply for a job in Washington, D.C.

She was booked into the Gwinnett County jail in January  and has remained there since. She also has a hold for the Roswell Police Department.

Generally speaking, an indictment means a grand jury found sufficient evidence for the case to proceed to trial. After indictment, an arraignment hearing is held and, if the defendant enters a not guilty plea, a trial date is set.

Authorities have previously said they do not believe Bobbi Kristina Brown's care was affected by Sobamowo.
