This article has been updated to reflect a revised statement from Fulton County Schools with new start times for those employees expected to work Monday.
Fulton County Schools will remain closed Monday because of “persistent icy road conditions” in parts of the county.
The district announced the decision shortly after 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
But not everyone is getting a snow day. The district said in a written statement that employees who work 220-day, 225-day and 235-day calendars are to report at their regular work times Monday, as road conditions permit. Initially, the district said those employees are to report at 10 a.m., but Fulton updated its statement less than an hour later to specify those employees should start at their normal time.
Positions expected to report to work include custodians, maintenance workers, principals, transportation mechanics, and various administrative posts.
The district advised employees to check workday calendars posted here.
