Information on where to vote where you live can be found at the Georgia Secretary of State’s Web site. Click on My Voter Page. The site allows you to check: your voter registration status; your mail-in application and ballot status; your poll location; early voting locations; elected officials, and registration information on file with the county office. There's also a sample election ballot.

Voters are required by law to show photo identification.

Acceptable forms of ID: Any valid state or federal government issued photo ID, including a Voter ID card issued at no charge from the county registrar’s office or the Georgia Department of Driver Services; a Georgia driver’s license, even if expired; a valid employee ID from any branch, department, agency, or entity of the U.S. Government, Georgia, or any county, municipality, board, authority or other entity of the state; a valid U.S. passport ID; valid U.S. military photo ID, or a valid tribal photo ID.
