How Georgia lawmakers voted on stimulus plan

The $787 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act passed the House on Jan. 28 and the Senate on Feb. 10. Differences between the House and Senate versions of the bill were resolved on Feb. 13. President Barack Obama signed the 407-page bill on Feb. 17.
Republicans voting “no” and the amount of stimulus money that has flowed into their districts for federal grants, contracts and loans:

● Total: $502.8 million
Democrats voting “yes” and the amount of stimulus money that has flowed into their districts for federal grants, contracts and loans

● Rep. Sanford Bishop, District 2, $92,294,818
