Hey, you with the firebomb! Wrong house!
Associated Press
An east Georgia man trying to get revenge on his estranged girlfriend by firebombing her home is being held without bond after he threw the device into the wrong house.
Authorities say 25-year-old Robert Holt is charged with arson, aggravated assault and possession of an explosive device — all felonies.
The Augusta Chronicle reports Tuesday he is being held in the McDuffie County jail.
Authorities say no one was injured Sunday night when Holt allegedly tossed the Molotov cocktail through the front window of a Thomson home just before 9 p.m. Police arrested Holt soon after the incident.
Authorities say Holt has been arrested on a variety of charges in recent months, though no further details were given.
