Amputee suspected in Henry air conditioner thefts
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
This burglary suspect may be relatively easy to spot.
Henry County police are looking for two men -- one is an amputee -- who allegedly stole two air conditioner units from property at 140 Saddle View Lane in Ellenwood.
Police said the theft happened at about 3 p.m. on Oct. 27 when the two suspects entered the property and removed two old air conditioner units the owner had on his property to use as scrap metal.
Video surveillance shows the suspects, who appear to be white or Hispanic males, removing the units and leaving in a red, older model Ford Ranger with an extended cab. The driver has an amputated right leg.
Anyone with information on the suspects are asked to call Det. Bean Watson at 770-288-8496.
