Vote by Absentee Ballot - Apply A.S.A.P.

• Apply for a ballot. Click here to apply for an absentee ballot

• Complete and mail to your county voter registration office. Locate your county voter registration office .

• Once you receive the absentee ballot, complete and make sure it ARRIVES at your registrar's office no later than Dec. 1, 2009.

What to Bring to the Polls

• Voters are now required to show state-issued photo ID at the polls. List of acceptable IDs .

• Information on getting a FREE Georgia Voter Identification Card (if you do not have acceptable photo ID)

• Take a friend or neighbor - Democracy is not a spectator sport.
