Three people were arrested, bringing the total number of arrests from prostitution busts at that spa to 12 over the past year and a half, according to WGCL.
The spa, however, was allowed to keep its business license, according to the report.
The bust happened when officers from the Gwinnett County Police vice unit were performing compliance checks of local massage parlors, a police spokesman said. During the course of a massage at the Great Health Spa, a woman offered an undercover Gwinnett County police officer sex for $240, police said.
The officer then charged the woman, Mihae Whitney, with prostitution, police said.
She and two others have been charged with keeping a place of prostitution.
Whitney is out of jail, having posted a $5,340 bond, police said.
