Gwinnett County’s Airport Privatization Citizen Review Committee will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the county’s Department of Transportation Central Facility, 620 Winder Highway, Lawrenceville.
The committee has been meeting to review and make recommendations on Gwinnett’s efforts to lease Briscoe Field to a private company. Only one firm, New York-based Propeller Investments, has expressed interest in operating the airport. Propeller has said it wants to launch commercial passenger service at the airport.
