The driver, a 17-year-old girl, suffered “moderate” injuries and was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center, Fire Capt. Tommy Rutledge said.
None of the students was seriously hurt in the accident, which happened just before 3:30 p.m. at Grayson New Hope and North Round roads in Grayson. One student complained of a minor injury.
Rutledge said the Camry ran underneath the rear of the school bus, which was carrying students from nearby Starling Elementary. Some were picked up by their parents, while others were taken home on another bus.
