Forklift kills car dealership worker
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
A Clayton County car dealership employee was struck and killed by a forklift, police said.
A worker at Pars Car Sales on Southlake Parkway was teaching another employee how to drive the forklift on Thursday when one of the men was run over, Clayton County Police spokesman Tim Owens said.
Police investigated the death and said it appeared accidental. No charges have been filed, Owens said.
Owens said officers are still trying to identify the victim and the driver, both who did not speak English.
The incident is also under investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
A manager at Pars Cars said he would look into the incident and get back with a reporter.
