‘Flying pasties' protect your privacy at airport
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
If you hate the idea of airline scanners staring at your private parts, there's now a product for you.
Flying Pasties are now available for those modest travelers who object to the full-body scanners being used in airports nationwide, including in Atlanta. The scanners provide airport security staff with a clear image of everything under passengers' clothes.
And we mean everything.
The Flying Pasties, when placed strategically on the body, provide coverage to those personal areas, according to the Las Vegas company's Web site.
"Citizens all around the world are living in troubled times but the company feels that no one should have to feel embarrassed or indentured for simply choosing to fly on an airplane," the Web site states.
The rubbery Flying Pasties are reusable and are available in various designs, according to the Web site.
"Only my husband sees me naked" appears on some Flying Pasties, and a simple "peace" sign is also available.
Prices start at $9.99, and many styles are already on back order.
