MANUS, Brazil —

Could this be the worst pain known to man?

Hamish Blake pulled quite the stunt for the season finale of Hamish Blake and Andy Lee's Australian series “Hamish and Andy's Gap Year South America,” participating in a coming-of-age ceremony with an indigenous tribe in the Amazon jungle.

The 32-year-old was presented with two large mits filled with bullet ants and Blake stuck his hand inside.

It took SECONDS before he pulled them out, screaming in pain.

After two hours, Blake was rushed to a hospital, where he was treated with intravenous pain relief, antihistamines and anti-inflammatory drugs.

"Twenty-four hours after the bullet ants (and) I still gave them no thumbs up, even if I could move my thumbs," Blake wrote on his Instagram, Tuesday night.

Bullet ants reportedly yield the most severe of stings, topping wasps, bees and ants.

"On the plus side, no danger of wedding ring slipping off!" he added.
