Police search for car involved in deadly wreck
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Police are searching for a car that caused a DeKalb County crash that left one person dead and three injured.
The crash occurred around 8 a.m. Tuesday on Memorial Drive near Delano Drive, DeKalb County Police Officer Jason Gagnon said.
Police said charges are pending. Officers are searching for a white or light-colored Chevrolet Impala or Caprice.
Officers are still investigating the details, but said a Ford Explorer was driving east on Memorial when it crossed oncoming traffic. The Explorer struck a mini-van, killing the driver, Gagnon said. Erin Vuley, 35, died at the scene.
The Explorer driver and a passenger were rushed to an area hospital with injuries. They remain in stable condition, Gagnon said.
Another vehicle was struck and received minor damage. That driver was treated at the scene and released, Gagnon said.
