Man killed at Doraville restaurant
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
A man stabbed during a deadly fight Sunday night at a Doraville restaurant has been released from the hospital, police said Tuesday.
Doraville officers were called to Chicken World on Buford Highway around 8:30 p.m. Sunday for a report of a fight. Officers arrived in three minutes and found a man dead from an apparent gunshot wound, Officer Gene Callaway said.
Paramedics rushed another man to a nearby hospital with a stab wound. That man was released from the hospital Monday night and was being interviewed by detectives on Tuesday, Callaway said.
Neither man's name has been released. It is unclear if the worked at the restaurant.
Police on Tuesday were still investigating the shooting and what started the fight.
