Dunwoody Police have released a sketch of the man who robbed the Perimeter Mall Cheesecake Factory at gunpoint wearing a white chef's jacket and cap bearing the restaurant's name.

The incident happened about 1:15 a.m. on May 4.

As the assistant general manager went to his car in the parking lot, the suspect confronted him with the gun and ordered him back to the restaurant. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash.

After escorting the 47-year-old victim across Ashford Dunwoody Road, the suspect fled toward Perimeter Center East.

The suspect is described as a 5-foot-10, clean-shaven Hispanic man; he was wearing black pants, a white chef's jacket, maroon ball cap and blue latex gloves. The jacket and cap were embroidered with "The Cheesecake Factory."

"It's a definite possibility that it's a former employee, but we're not ruling out any scenario at this point," Det. Kelly Gobely said.

Anyone with information on the case is urged to call police at 678-382-6925.
