Georgia Perimeter College will begin an online program this spring that allows students to earn a bachelor's degree in three years, officials said this week.

The program, which is being offered with Georgia Southwestern State University, was unveiled earlier this year.

Students will complete the first part by taking courses online or in-person at Georgia Perimeter, a two-year college. The rest of the coursework will be offered online through Georgia Southwestern, a four-year college in Americus.
