The driver who fled a wrecked minivan following a fatal wreck in DeKalb County last week was still at large on Tuesday, police said.

The crash, which involved the overturned minivan, a box truck and and two other cars, happened around 10 a.m. Wednesday on Lawrenceville Highway at Lynburn Drive, just south of Lavista Road.

Lymeng Lim died in the crash, and two other people were hospitalized.

DeKalb police Lt. Antonio Catlin said that the driver of the overturned minivan, who appeared to have caused the wreck, fled the scene before police arrived.

Lawrenceville Highway was shut down in both directions for more than an hour, but the wreckage had been cleared by noon.
