Decatur’s “Open City Hall” is seeking citizen opinion on four programs in the city.

Key issues are the redesign of railroad crossings at Candler and McDonough streets and the just-launching arts master plan, said city manager Peggy Merriss.

The Open City Hall is a forum on the city’s website, which collects comments and input on various city issues. The city first used the forum earlier this year on issues such as annexation.

Residents also can offer input on the city’s smart growth master plan for downtown Decatur and its Complete Streets program.

To participate, visit www.decatur.ga.com and click under City Government Services to connect to the Open City Hall link.
