A convicted felon who pleaded guilty to trafficking a Marietta teenager for sex faces 90 years in prison, officials said.

Timothy Rasheed Walker, 26, of LaGrange, pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of human trafficking of a person under age 18, two counts of pimping a person under age 18, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

In April 2014, Walker took a 16-year-old girl to an apartment on Akers Mill Road in Cobb County to meet a “john,” District Attorney’s spokeswoman Kim Isaza said in a news release. The resident, Aaron McKee, had responded to an ad on Backpage.com.

McKee and the girl later argued over money and she returned to Walker’s car in the parking lot.

When Walker grabbed a gun and approached McKee’s door, McKee called police and reported a “domestic disturbance in the parking lot,” Isaza said.

Walker, who was previously convicted of aggravated assault and robbery in Clayton County, waived his right to withdraw his plea. He will be sentenced at a later date.

McKee pleaded guilty in 2015 to cruelty to children in the first degree and was sentenced to six years of probation, with the condition that he must testify truthfully against Walker.
