The three Katrina relief "super service centers," which have been operating daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., will remain open today only from noon to 5 p.m.
Whether the centers will go back to normal operating hours Tuesday has not been determined.

The American Red Cross said that it has placed a new order of debit cards, or client assistance cards, and expect them to arrive sometime this morning.
Evacuees who registered for financial assistance Sunday will receive their debit cards today at the center where they registered.
Evacuees who register today will receive their cards at the same center Tuesday.
Red Cross, however, urges evacuees to call the 24-hour toll-free
hotline as an alternative to registering in person. The number is 1-800-975-7585. By Sunday, the Atlanta chapter of the Red Cross had opened cases for more than 22,000 and disbursed $18 million in assistance, the agency said.
The one-stop centers, which match evacuees with multiple service agencies, are at: - The former Wal-Mart store at 355 Grayson Highway (Route 20) in Lawrenceville. - Life University on 1269 Barclay Circle-Gym in Marietta - Georgia International Convention Center on 2000 Convention Center in College Park.
Red Cross officials will also be present at the Dekalb County Disaster Relief Services Center at 1 Lithonia Way in Lithonia. he center run by the county government opens at 10 a.m. today.
