Investigators with the Gwinnett County Police drug task force received a tip from a neighbor concerned about possible drug activity at 885 Worchester Place, police said.

During the investigation, police pulled over a pair of men driving away from the house and found a garbage bag with 10 pounds of marijuana after searching their car.

A search warrant was obtained for the Worchester Place address, and police discovered the 457-pound stash, police spokesman Cpl. David Schiralli said.

At the street value police estimated for the marijuana, it would cost about $273 per ounce.

Five weapons were seized, including two assault rifles — an M-16 and an AK-47 — and a large amount of ammunition, police said.

Four men were arrested.

Miguel Flores, 31, of Lawrenceville and 25-year-old Isalias Corona, of Mableton, were each charged with one count of trafficking marijuana.

Javier Arroyo, 41, and Huber Zarco-Huto, 40, both of Lilburn, each received charges for trafficking marijuana, cocaine possession, and possession of a weapon while committing a felony.
