U.S. education chief delivers award to Atlanta school

F.L. Stanton Elementary School Principal Marlo Barber left, receives a congratulatory hug from U.S. Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings as Barber holds up the certificate proclaming the school one of a select group across the country to be named a No Child Left Behind-Blue Ribbon School. Spellings surprised the Atlanta school with the announcement that the school has been named one of 320 schools from across the United States and one of eight schools in Georgia to win the award.
