Downtown Atlanta streets closed

Atlanta police reported the following street closings at around 6 p.m. due to Friday night's storms:

• Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard closed due to debris.

• 1020 Bolton Road closed due to downed power lines.

• Edgewood Avenue and Auburn Avenue closed due to debris and bricks falling from crumbling buildings. Access to Grady Hospital is available via Gilmer Street, Piedmont Avenue and Courtland Street.

At 11:35 a.m. Saturday these streets were closed:

• Peachtree Street at Ralph McGill Boulevard.

• Bell Street at Auburn Avenue.

• I-78 and I-85 North at the Edgewood Avenue exit.

• Spring Street at Centennial Olympic Park.

• Sections of Marietta Street, especially near the CNN building.

• Centennial Olympic Park Drive, from the CNN building to Baker Street.
