Police seek robber of Dunkin Donuts in Kennesaw
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Cobb County police are investigating a robbery that occurred Thursday evening at Dunkin Donuts at 4311 Bells Ferry Road in Kennesaw.
The robber entered the store around 9 p.m. and asked a cashier if she was alone, said Cobb police spokesman Officer Joseph Hernandez. When the cashier replied that she was not, the robber told her to summon her co-workers to the front counter. He then demanded all the money from the cash register, police said.
The thief fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. He never brandished a weapon, however police said the employees believed he was armed with a handgun.
The suspect is described as a white male between 45 and 50 years of age, and between 5 feet 8 and five feet 10 inches tall. He had a dark complexion, dark hair, and wore a denim jacket with an orange T-shirt and baggy jeans.
Anyone with information about the robbery should contact Cobb police at 770-499-3945.
