Kennesaw offers CPR classes

The Kennesaw Parks and Recreation Department is offering a “Heartsaver” training course from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Ben Robertson Community Center.
The registration fee is $40. Citizens can register on the city Web site at www.kennesaw-ga.gov.
The American Heart Association course teaches the basics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Participants who complete the course will receive a national certification card.
