The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

A long-time business partner testified for the second day Thursday in the Cobb County trial for former Glock Inc. CEO Paul Jannuzzo about how the pair embezzled from the gun manufacturer.

The testimony from Peter Manown, a Dunwoody lawyer who has already pleaded guilty and been sentenced to 10 years on probation for his role in the thefts, centered around a Cayman Islands bank account into which Jannuzzo and Manown allegedly diverted $260,000 worth of insurance payments from Glock.

Jannuzzo, 55, could spend 30 years in prison if convicted of theft and racketeering.
