Cobb police seek bank robber
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Police are looking for the man who held up a bank in east Cobb on Thursday.
The man entered the Fifth Third Bank in the 4200 block of Roswell Road about 1:30 p.m. Thursday, went to a teller station and passed the teller a demand note, Cobb County police spokesman Joe Hernandez said Friday.
Hernandez said the teller complied with the note and handed the man an undetermined amount of money.
The robber is described as a male of undetermined racial origin with dark complexion and a tattoo on the right side of his neck. He is about 28 to 30 years old, 5 feet, 6 inches to 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, a baseball cap with the letters "NY" on the front and wire frame glasses.
Hernandez asked that anyone with information call investigators at 770-499-3945.
